Safi Jafaar

Arabic Teacher

I graduated from Damascus University, Syria, in 20111, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arabic Literature. In Middle and High School, I discovered my love and enjoyment of the Arabic language. I decided to be a teacher so that I could pass on this love and enjoyment to future generations.

I had a strong desire to transfer my knowledge of the Arabic language along to children. I want all my students to see the beauty and the fun of Arabic. That is why I decided to work at Nord Anglia International School Al Khor, because it gives me the opportunity to deliver this to a wide range of students. I know that at NAISAK, I am able to achieve my ambition.

This year, I hope to develop a personal educational method that will allow me to teach my students in a way that makes them love learning the Arabic language.

I will build a strong relationship with my students and their parents through communication. I will keep all parents informed of their child’s academic, personal and social progress through students’ communication book, as well as telephone calls and emails. Parents are welcome to contact me if they have any questions, concerns or even suggestions regarding their child’s progress at school.
