I graduated from The University of Aberdeen in 2017 and I have just completed my probationary year teaching a Year 5 class. I am enthusiastic and dedicated to promoting a positive learning environment. I continually embrace new experiences to develop my skills in pedagogy. I have experience teaching in both inner city and rural schools, therefore can adapt my teaching approach to satisfy the needs of diverse groups of children.
I am looking forward to joining the Early Years team and working closely with all my new colleagues at NAISAK to contribute to the continued growth and success of the school. As a teacher I set high standards for the children in my care and I work hard to help them achieve their goals and maximise their potential. I hope to quickly form good relationships with parents so we can work together in partnership to support their child in their education and development.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love traveling and have been to many countries in and around Europe. I enjoy exploring new cities, visiting the local markets and trying local delicacies. Furthermore, I like to keep fit and I have a keen interest in yoga and netball! Now that I am moving to a warmer climate I would like to try some water sports such as paddle boarding or sea kayaking!
This school will be different to all others I have worked at because I have never lived in the Middle East nor taught at a Nord Anglia school before, so I am excited to be joining a new community of teachers.
