High School: It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

We’re into the last three weeks of term, it’s December 1st and it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the High School. Please make note of the changes to the timetable next week due to public holidays. Also, we have many events to look forward to this month. Click here to learn more...

We’re into the last three weeks of term, tomorrow is December 1st and it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in the High School.

A reminder that next week we will be closed on both Monday 7th December (the original compensation day for National Father's Day) and Thursday 10th December (Constitution Day). In that week we will also swap Tuesday to Monday's timetable and Wednesday to Friday's timetable to balance up the numbers of each day of the week that we have had this term. This will not affect any remaining Activities.

On Friday next week, we also have the Key Stage 3 Neon Lights Disco Night:

Tickets are now on sale to Key Stage 3 students (Years 7-9) in the Atrium during Break and Lunch . As with the Halloween Carnival earlier this term, this event is being organised by a group of Year 12 students, with any profits from the event being donated to World Vision.

During the following week, the last week of term, we look forward both to this year’s Christmas Production - The Night Before Christmas - and our annual Christmas Fair and Concert - this year with a Christmas Fair that lasts all day and three separate Concerts, for parents of students in Years 7, 8 and 9, to allow for a both a physically-distanced audience and Fair. Parents of those students in Years 10-13 who will be performing in each of these concerts will also be invited, with each concert also live-streamed and available for later viewing.

The three concerts will take place at the following times:

Year 7: 8:00am - 9:00am

Year 8: 9:30am - 10:30am

Year 9: 1:00pm - 2:00pm

I will email all parents of both students in Years 7, 8 and 9 and those students in Years 10-13 who will be performing in each of these concerts a link, which they can use to register tomorrow and look forward to seeing you all at the Fair and Concerts.
