Nord Anglia Global Campus Comic Book Competition 2020-21

Last term 144 Art students from Year 7 and 8 were busy tackling climate change as part of Nord Anglia Global Campus Comic Book Competition 2020-21. This year the theme linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The students were asked to design a comic strip that tackled Climate Change.

Once they had their designs they completed several online workshops using the Global Campus lead by James Foley, a graphic novelist. After some practice in writing and character design, the students created an original story with comic book characters who went on an adventure to tackle climate change.  

Well done to the following students; 
Joint 3rd Place -  Sarah Hag Ali, Jazmin Fintha-Nagy, Gergley Szabo and Xenia Savia  - Year 7 

2nd Place - Yanxing Wu -  Year 8 

Joint 1st Place -  ZiMeng Huang and Max Turner  -  Year 8 

A huge congratulations to the two winners.  Their entries will be submitted to the next stage. Best of luck to both students.
