Raymond Neal

Bachelor of Science in Physics from Otago University, Dunedin, New Zealand.

Diploma of Secondary Teaching from Christchurch Teachers’ College, New Zealand.

Raymond has over 30 years teaching experience. He has taught G8 – G12 for all of these years.

Raymond has over 30 years teaching experience. He has taught G8 – G12 for all of these years.

He has had the pleasure of teaching G6 for 1 year.

Before joining Leman he was Assistant head of Department for Science at St Patrick’s College, Wellington, New Zealand. He was responsible for G8 – G10 Science curriculum and assessment, as well as G11 and G12 Physics. A role he filled for 20 years.

He has a passion for assessment development and wrote many exams for the NZ Institute of Physics, who provided practice exams for most secondary schools in New Zealand. He also managed other exam developers for several years, again for NZIP.

He has written exams for the New Zealand National examining body, as well.
