Rachel was trained as a high school English teacher in university, but started her teaching career as a Chinese language teacher since 2007 at a language centre in Chengdu, where she worked for four years and taught from 3 years old kids to 70 years old people from all around the world.
Rachel joined LIS as an EAL assistant since 2011, and then became a Chinese teacher since 2012. Rachel has experience of teaching various levels of Chinese through G1-G10. The biggest reward for Rachel is that several very young beginning Chinese learners said they wanted to become a Chinese teacher in the future!
Rachel likes reading and travelling, and is curious about a lot of things.
