The European Union Chamber of Commerce China, Nanjing branch, hosted the 6th Corporate Social Responsibility Award (CSR Award) on Friday 22nd of November. It was a splendid event with many companies receiving awards for their innovative approaches and commitment to social responsibility, which in essence, are companies that proactively develop business models to make the world a fairer and better place.
As part of the ceremony, prizes were also awarded to the winners of CRS Award Student Art Competition. Seven students from BSN entered the competition, producing some highly original work on the theme of ‘How to preserve life on land’. This is a complex and challenging topic to explore as an art theme, but they all did a fabulous job, with two BSN students receiving awards on the day. Congratulations to Su Ruoxi and Neaun Kim, both in Year 7, who were worthy winners in the under 14 category!
