I have been a school counselor for 14 years. In 2012 I began working at Country Day School as the Early Childhood Counselor. I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to grow, every day, professionally and personally.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychologist from Universidad Centroamericana de Ciencias Sociales (2004) and a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy with Emphasis on Development and Comprehensive Early Childhood Care from Universidad Nacional (2009). In addition, I am certified in International Infant Massage Instructor and Psychoanalytic Psychodrama. I have training in Conscious Discipline, Tribes, Intervention in Crisis in Situations of Disaster, CPR, and AED. I love professional learning and am constantly looking to increase my knowledge.
I like sports, in particular, running. I am currently training to participate in an international marathon.
I also enjoy going to music concerts and traveling both in Costa Rica and internationally. My passion is to have new experiences which can I know new people and places.
