Year 3 Rayyan students participated in a chocolate cookery class as the Entry Point for their new IPC unit 'Chocolate'. During this unit they will learn many things such as the history of chocolate, beginning with studying the Aztec and Mayan civilisations, and what Fair Trade is and how it works. They will also complete many scientific experiments using chocolate. It promises to be a 'choc-tastic' unit!
