I am an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who has worked in Years 5 and 6 for the past eight years. I am in my fourth year at NAS Dubai and have been fortunate in that my teaching has been in a variety of international settings, which has allowed me to experience a variety of pedagogical techniques and broaden my cultural awareness.
I have been a teacher for 10 years and have been fortunate to teach in a variety of places around London, Germany, and Tanzania.
It is a real privilege to be working at Nord Anglia International School Dubai. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Primary school Education. With over nine years of classroom experience, I know I will provide all students with an excellent education.
I am absolutely delighted to continue my teaching career with the Year 5 Team at NAS Dubai. My passion for education comes from a long line of teachers who decided from a very young age that my personality meant that I would be guaranteed to join them and took great joy in being proved right!
I am originally from a village in the outskirts of Glasgow, where prior to my career in teaching I worked in Business and Management.
