EARLY CHILDHOOD APPLICATIONS

EARLY CHILDHOOD REQUIREMENTS

1. Visit our campus.

  • Campus Tours are offered Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Please contact the Office of Admissions at 407-905-7737 and press 1 for Admissions.

2. Complete and submit the Online Application Form

3. Submit grade reports and teacher recommendations.

  • Pre-K3 Applicants: If the student has previously attended a pre-school or a day-care program, please provide a school assessment, and we'll request a teacher recommendation.

4. Complete admissions testing.

  • Pre-K3 Applicants: Students will not be required to sit for a formal test, but students will be required to meet with one of our teachers before the commencement of classes (PreK3 Playdate).
  • Pre-4 and Kindergarten Applicants: Students will need to sit for a formal assessment completed one-on-one or in a small group with our admissions team.  
  • Additional testing information can be provided through the Office of Admissions.

LOWER SCHOOL APPLICATIONS

LOWER SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS

1. Visit our campus.

  • Campus Tours are offered Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Please contact the Office of Admissions at 407-905-7737 and press 1 for Admissions.

2. Complete and submit the Online Application Form

3. Submit grade reports and teacher recommendations.

  • These items can be uploaded directly to the Online Application Form. 
  • Families must upload their child’s current grade report and up to two final grade reports from their previous school year.
  • If the child’s grade reports are international, we require an English translation from the school or a certified translator. 

4. Complete admissions testing.

  • Students will need to submit or sit for a formal standardized assessment. Additional testing information will be provided by our Admissions Team.   
  • Windermere Prep accepts a variety of standardized or national achievement testing taken within one year of application, including NWEA MAP, ISEE, State Standardized Testing, IOWA, and the Sanford Achievement Test.

MIDDLE SCHOOL APPLICATIONS

MIDDLE SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS

1. Visit our campus.

2. Complete and submit the Online Application Form

3. Submit grade reports and teacher recommendations.

  • These items can be uploaded directly to the Online Application Form. 
  • Families must upload their child’s current grade report and up to two final grade reports from their previous school year. 
  • If the child’s grade reports are international, we require an English translation from the school or a certified translator.
  • Alongside grade reports, if available, a copy of the student's most recent National Standardized Achievement Test Scores should be uploaded.

RESIDENTIAL LIFE APPLICATIONS

Students from 7th to 12th grade seeking admission to our residential life program will have a separate application process that includes a student interview and may also include English proficiency testing.
