I have been practising as a teacher for five years, working entirely in China teaching History, English Language and EAL. I graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Political History, a PGCEi from Nottingham University and a TEFL qualification, and teaching has always been an aspiration and a pleasure of mine. I aim to teach our students in an engaging way so that they can enjoy themselves whilst learning, unlocking their true potential.
I am from Manchester, England, and the fourth child of seven. My family all specialise in one of three professions: legal, education or construction. A keen reader and sportsman, I like to keep fit by playing sports and aim to read at least one new book each month. I also enjoy playing chess and poker.
