I love being a Mandarin teacher, as well as motivating my students to learn Mandarin with passion, helping them to develop a greater cultural understanding in languages and build up a stronger linguistic confidence. Learning Mandarin is not just learning a language itself. It also can be an opportunity for us to provide a positive impact on multicultural communication and make an effective contribution as global citizens.
My style of teaching encompasses innovative demonstrations, fun and creative classroom activities, interactive peer cooperation, as well as high levels of student participation, which helps students to be successful in learning with happiness and enthusiasm in the classroom. Also, it creates a positive learning environment and provides personalised learning experiences for them.
In my spare time, I am interested in travelling, visiting different art exhibitions and museums, going to the theatre and swimming. I am also a big fan of music and I can play the flute.
