Mr. A. McIntosh

A. McIntosh

Mathematics Teacher

After graduating with an Honours degree in Business and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education specialising in Business and Mathematics, Andrew spent time teaching Mathematics in Durban, South Africa followed by a stint in Saudi Arabia. Currently, he is in his fourth year teaching IGCSE and IB Mathematics at a Nord Anglia school in Doha, Qatar. His passion for teaching stems beyond the classroom where he firmly believes in an all-round education for students striving to have balance inside and outside the classroom.

Growing up in a great climate in Durban South Africa, being busy outdoors is very much a big part of my life.  I enjoy all sports and staying active. I try keep myself busy as much as I can with my main interests being hockey, golf, scuba diving and hiking. I am very much looking forward to meeting and working with all the students, parents, staff and the rest of the team at NAIS Hong Kong.
