New Parent Coffee

During the year, we offer a few coffee sessions for new parents. Come meet other parents and gain knowledge about our policies and procedures at The Village School. We gather in the Middle School Learning Commons located on the first floor of the Middle School building: 2005 Gentryside Drive.

Parent Conferences

Teacher conferences are organized throughout the year. Times will be set up via Skyward with your child’s teachers. 

Hopes and Dreams Parent Conference - The first of three official teacher conferences. The Hopes and Dreams conference is scheduled about three weeks after school starts. Parents and teachers meet to share goals for the year to come! 

Parent Conference Two - The 2nd teacher conference is usually in January.

Parent Conference Three - The 3rd teacher conference is usually in May.

Our teachers are excited to work with you during the school year and want to make the entire experience positive for everyone. If you would like additional feedback and personal meetings, please email your teacher. This is the best and fastest way to communicate.
