To complete your child's registration with the School we require you to read and acknowledge some essential information.

Please review and respond to the following information prior to the first day of school and preferably at your earliest convenience:

  • Off Campus Waiver (signed electronically by accessing Skyward)
  • Immunization record (send to school nurse)
  • Student Medical History form (send to school nurse)
  • Foreign Language selection form for 1st to 4th grades
  • Handbook and Technology acknowledgement form (linked from the Elementary School Handbook)
  • Digital Citizenship contract
  • Grade 4 email policy
