HR Director

Courtney Smith joined The Village School in 2018, coming from the Nord Anglia Education Regional Office in Northbrook, Illinois.

Smith is originally from Saint Charles, Illinois and recently moved down to Texas to join The Village School.  She received her Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Elmhurst College, and previously worked in the Human Resources Department for the Nord Anglia Education regional team while also working in a support role for The Village School.
