Wednesday 20th March was the 6th annual International Day of Happiness, established by the United Nations. Their belief is that “one happy act can change the world by starting a cascade of love and generosity”. To promote this we joined many other schools and workplaces around the world, and hosted our very own “Happiness Wall”. This year the theme was “Happiness Together” so our KS2 children each wrote a note to say how they share happiness with others. This is now displayed at the Junior
Campus library. KS1 children have worked in their individual classes to create a poster which says what makes them happy.
