Julia Morse

Miss Julia Morse

Primary EAL & Learning Support Teacher

Miss Morse has taught many different year groups within the primary age range. Within BSY Julia is the Primary EAL & Learning Support Teacher. Prior to joining BSY, Julia has taught in Malaysia, Australia and in London, where she worked as a Special Needs Coordinator, a School Sports Coordinator and a School Council Leader.

Qualifications

BSc Nursing, University of East London; PGCE, London South Bank University.

BSc Hons Nursing, University of East London; PGCE, London South Bank University; CELTA, London; Adolescent Counseling Certificate, Melbourne Monash University; MSc Psychology, UEL/Derby University (ongoing).


About

Miss Morse has taught many different year groups within the primary age range. Within BSY Julia is the Primary EAL & Learning Support Teacher. Prior to joining BSY, Julia has taught in Malaysia, Australia and in London, where she worked as a Special Needs Coordinator, a School Sports Coordinator and a School Council Leader. In Melbourne, Australia she taught EAL then moved into Special Education working with Adolescents with Mental Health issues.

From Australia she worked on a British Council, English Language Teacher Development Project with English Teachers in Borneo.

Away from School Miss Morse partakes in a range of hobbies including yoga, tennis, skiing, swimming and horse riding. She is also learning the piano.
