About

Miss Wardle has spent the last four years teaching in Asia, three years in Yangon with one year in the middle at a British International School in Hong Kong. She was a member of the Yangon start-up team so is very much looking forward to getting into the new, purpose built school.

She also has five years teaching experience in the UK. Her first taste of teaching abroad came in her third year of University, as part of an erasmus study in Denmark. She has taught all age groups from EYFS to Year 6. She has had training and experience with EAL and many SEN areas.

She encourages stimulating, challenging and creative approaches within her lessons; giving the opportunity for different learning styles and needs to be embraced. With a patient nature, she guides the children through challenges they may face and works alongside the British Curriculum to deliver her lessons.

Her personal interests include reading, scenic bike riding and photography.
