From our dedicated Les Martinets expedition base, your child will explore the beautiful Swiss Alps while staying in remote huts in the iconic Swiss countryside. Our highly trained guides will lead your child through an inspirational programme. We have developed an exciting series of activities which are designed to help your child collaborate with their fellow students, connect with the environment, and develop valuable life skills such as leadership, self-reliance, risk taking, flexible thinking, organisation and perseverance. We believe this will be a memorable and motivating experience for every child, giving them a sense of self -accomplishment.
The Advanced Trekking Expedition is an inspiring adventure for your child, challenging them physically while developing leadership skills in a well-managed and fun environment. Based in Les Martinets within the iconic and beautiful Swiss Alps, your child will learn how to travel safely as they ascend towards their secluded Alpine huts over mountainous terrains, with amazing views of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc Massif along the way.
It will be a pleasant week with challenge. Your child will have the opportunity to bond with fellow Global Campus students while taking part in more physically demanding, but rewarding treks. They will gain valuable life skills such as resilience, organisation, flexible and forward thinking, as well as foster close friendships with other students.
This journey of a lifetime is a remarkable experience that will instil a passion for adventure and the outdoors, whilst teaching your child fundamental values.
