G3 Trip: Natural History Museum

16 November 2018

  • 20181116enews13

This week, Grade 3 visited the Natural History Museum.  We explored 3 different sections of the museum.  We had to be very inquisitive and look for answers around the museum like treasure hunters!  First, we looked in mysterious worlds and found out about how old the Earth is.  Then we journeyed down the River of Life and looked at the various animals and skeletons which make up the world.  There were even some moving animals there!  After that, we travelled back in time to the Jurassic period and saw a moving tyrannosaurus rex!  It was a bit scary but very exciting!

“The dinosaur fossils looked so real!” Miu Miu

“The space part had lots of information and I really like to know about space and asteroids!” Kaka

“The biggest dinosaur was the argentinosaurus.” Max

“The wooly mammoth looked just like an elephant but had fur.” Mandy

“The moving dinosaur was very very exciting because it looked so real!” Rebecca
