General School Communication:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for all general school enquiries including buses, uniform, dining, boarding, health and safety or teaching and learning. Your email will be directed to the most suitable person to deal with your enquiry and you will either receive a phone call or email within 24 hours Monday to Friday (8:00-17:00).
Parent Teacher Communication:
Please use your child’s Communication Book to communicate short messages with your child’s Homeroom Teacher or Form Tutor. For longer communication or to arrange a meeting, please use the email addresses provided in the profiles sent home on Friday.
Please check our school website regularly for updates. All communication will be recorded on our website where you will be directed to provide information to the school.
Please email email@example.com if your child will not be attending school for any reason.
End of Day Collection (Bus Students):
Please email or call the school before 10:00 if you choose to change your child’s transport plans for the afternoon.
Please can we remind parents dropping their child off on Sunday evening that drop-off time is between 19:00 and 20:00. Families arriving before 19:00 will be asked to kindly wait at security. Also, can we ask parents to leave promptly by 20:00 so to allow for boarding staff to prepare students effectively for the week ahead.
Please can parents continue to ensure that all uniform and PE kit needed for the week is carefully packed in preparation for the week ahead.
