Pattaya Property Show, 3-5th October
Prospective buyers need not look any further than the first weekend of October to check out what Pattaya’s property market looks like.
Held at the Dusit Thani Luxury Hotel, exhibitors will showcase property developments such as condominiums, Houses and Villas from Pattaya and around the rest of Thailand.
If you are considering moving to or investing in Pattaya long-term the Pattaya Property Show should be your first port of call.
Buffalo Racing Festival, 4th-10th October
Yes, you are reading that correctly.
Chonburi Province’s annual festival pays homage to the animal that helps Thai farmers tend their crops every year, by riding them. Very fast. The week-long festival has many other attractions including food stalls and a beauty contest, but clearly the marquee event is the racing which is held on the full moon (Tuesday the 7th).
Making it to the festival requires getting to Chonburi City, but that’s a small price to pay for an event so crazy that it clearly has no equal.
Fine Foods and Artisans Fair, Sunday 12th October
Hosted by Regents International School Pattaya, this event will showcase the talents of the finest food producers and craftsmen from Pattaya and further afield, all in the one location.
Visitors are bound to find something they have been searching for at this treasure trove of an event. Whether it’s fine wine, deli meats, or just a random utensil you have not been able to locate, The Fine Foods and Artisan Fair will have it all. Gates open at 11.00am.
Best of all, it’s free entry. How can you say no to that?
Pattaya Amateur Golf week, 18th-25th October
With 40 courses within a one hour drive Pattaya is hands-down a golfer’s paradise. Competitors will play at five separate courses, one of which is designed by golfing legend Jack Nicklaus. All are immaculately maintained and have hosted various competitive events in the past.
If you are a golf fanatic, mark this one down as a must-do.
