Do you know your Vôo-do-Morcego from your shimmy? Or your Chassé from your Shmoney Dance? If you don’t, now’s your chance to learn more, because the school has joined forces with the Satori Dance Company in Bangkok to develop an outstanding co-curricular dance programme.

Serious Fun to be had on the Dance Floor at Regents International School Pattaya Regents becomes the only international school on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand to invest in dance programme for students

Street jazz, contemporary dance, hip hop, capoeira, break dancing, tap dancing – even creative dancing for the under 6 age range: Tuesdays through Saturdays, trained Satori dancers will be offering dance classes on campus as outlined in our latest Extended Learning Programme brochure.

These are great options for students who love dancing or just want to find a novel way to keep fit. But it’s more than that: we are also introducing activities on a Saturday which will help parents to spend quality time with their children.  So, why not try your hand (feet) at father and son capoeira – the Brazilian martial art that combines acrobatics, dance and music. Or maybe mother and daughter belly dancing is more your thing? There’s only one way to find out…
