David Lawlor

IB leader and lead on MIT/STEAM

David was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland and completed his studies in Newcastle, England before becoming a Business Analyst. After working on a series of projects within schools and colleges he decided that his skills were best suited to helping young people. He is now in his sixth year at EISP and ninth year overall in Prague.

David is currently the Head of Business and Technology Department, overseeing the ICT, Digital Media and Business Studies curriculum across EISP as well having responsibility for the school IT systems. He is also the IB leader and lead on MIT/STEAM.

To unwind David enjoys playing football, photography and spending quality time with his wife and little daughters enjoying the best of what Prague has to offer.
