Working at The International School of Moscow is a privilege and a joy. The strength of the school is in its students. They have a thirst for knowledge, a desire to better themselves and they constantly strive to be better at whatever they do. There is no question that the students are what I enjoy most about life at ISM.
Teaching is all about progressing. Our job is to help students to be a little better every day, every week, every month, every term, every year. In so doing, we allow students to reach their potential and become fully rounded, global citizens.
Outside of school, I enjoy most competitive sports but I am most passionate about cricket and I follow the exploits of Durham CCC and England with keen interest. I enjoy the arts, especially theatre and reading non-fiction. Sometimes the best stories are those that are true and I enjoy learning new facts and new ideas. Learning does not finish when school ends and I try to learn something new every day.
