On Tuesday 10th September Mr Tallett led the Primary Assessment and Reporting workshop.
The presentation looked at the various assessment systems used throughout the Primary School and the end of term reports. Miss Dennis spoke about the recording and sharing of observations in Nursery and Reception, before Mr Tallett discussed the various tracking systems used within each Pathway. New progress tests will be used to further improve the robustness of our tracking, whilst PASS assessments, which help identify children at risk of underperforming, will be expanded to include Years 2-6. He explained the terminology used across all reports and measures that are being taken to ensure these judgements were transferable to other schools and countries.
