Staff Profile: Chris Parry

Chris Parry

Chris joined BIS HCMC in August 2022 after spending over a decade teaching and then leading Science, as a 2nd and a Head of Department, in an outstanding teaching school in South-West Birmingham, UK. Chris completed his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Birmingham. Prior to undertaking his PGCE Chris worked in the medical and research sector as a reproductive biologist at Birmingham Women’s Hospital. Chris has also been a TEFL in China and India. Away from work, Chris enjoys spending time with his young family and taking part in sports, especially running having completed 2 marathons, and playing football. He is also an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspur FC.
