Please find below information regarding preparation for the new school year, including our orientation days, uniforms, lunch cards, Leap Club and school communication.

Orientation Day: Friday 30th August

Orientation days are an opportunity for new parents and students to meet their new class teachers, to look around the school, sort out uniform, meet the PTA and other key staff members and generally get prepared for the start of term on Monday 2 September.

The orientation day timings are as follows:

Limanowskiego Campus (Year 2-13)

9.00am – 1.00pm (you will choose an allocated appointment time)

Dabrowskiego Campus (Pre-Nursery- Year 1)

9.00am-3.00pm (you will choose an allocated appointment time)

Our location of our campuses are here.

Orientation Appointments

On Friday 23rd August you will receive a link to your email allowing you to book an appointment with your child’s class teacher/form tutor. This will be an opportunity to find out more about your child’s class/year group and opportunity to ask any further questions. Please help us by coming only at your allocated time as booked.

Students do not need to wear uniform for the orientation days – any sensible clothes are fine.

Pre-IB Students

Students in Pre-IB will not need to make an appointment. Instead, parents and students of this year group are invited to go directly to the IB Building and gather in the Learning Centre – near the IB Reception for 9.00am. They will then have a short group presentation before going with their Form Tutor to have a more informal discussion, meet and mingle.

If you have any questions in regards to appointment once booked, please contact the school secretaries after 19th August:
