PTA Corner

Using the proceeds from last year’s book week we worked closely with the school librarians, student librarians and teaching staff, to short list and purchase over 100 books for the primary and secondary libraries.

PTA books

Look out for any library books stamped “donated by the PTA”, these books are in the library as a result of your donations to our book sale last year.  We’re already looking forward to our book & bake sale this year in the first week of March and will let you know what we’ve got planned shortly.

Events this week

Social coffee mornings

We’d like to invite any new and returning families who may be looking to meet and connect with other parents to come to our social coffee mornings on both campuses.

Dabrowskiego, Wednesday 23rd January 8.30am, PE Hall

Secondary Coffee morning, Wednesday 23rd January 8.30am, IB Learning Centre.  The speak will be Tim Clark, Head of Year 13 and the topic will be IB and Universities.

PTA staff and parent Quiz Night, Friday 8th February

We’d love you to join us for our annual quiz night; a chance to pit your wits against other parents and teachers.

Organise a table of 10 or come as individuals.  A great opportunity to meet new people.  Tickets cost 75pln, price includes curry and soft drinks, the event is BYOB (bring your own bottle).  Tickets are available now from Liz Lipsett’s office at Limanowskiego or by email.

We look forward to seeing you at one of all of these events.
