Successful visit with Juilliard Music Curriculum specialist - Stephen Dunn

We were delighted to host Stephen Dunn, our visiting Julliard Music curriculum specialist on Tuesday and Wednesday with our students

Stephen spent time with our students in Julliard Creative Classroom (JCC) lessons, singing and with our ensembles. Stephen also assisted in co-teaching our students and sharing new features of the JCC.  He also hosted professional development sessions with our teachers. Planning sessions were also held on the upcoming Bratislava Big Sing tour for Primary Choir and The European Music Festival


A highlight was watching Year 7 who worked on lyrical phrasing with the Greatest Showman Song – A Million Dreams, they worked on showing emotion through the lyrics, repeating and exploring the music.  See the video below…
