After 2 years in France I moved to the French School of Sofia, and then to the French School of Warsaw in 2006. I gained teaching experience in various international schools, following bilingual or French curriculums, as well as providing art and drama classes in French. I joined The British School Warsaw in April 2015, especially motivated by the opportunity to teach the IB Diploma programme.
I like travelling and especially enjoy long-distance hiking in the mountains. The highest peak I have reached is Pico Espejo in Venezuela, but the place I always go back to is the French Pyrenees, where my father is from. Reading is another everyday need for me.
I am committed to creating a welcoming environment in order to make every student feel confident with French. I encourage active discussions, exposing and comparing ideas and opinions: this makes the academic work much easier. Confidence and creativity whilst talking, as well as regular work, are for me the keys to reach the best of our possibilities in any foreign language.
