Mathematic Teacher & Head of Year 12

After three fantastic years teaching in the United States at the British International School of Washington, I desired a new professional challenge closer to the United Kingdom, and Warsaw is the perfect location.

During my time at the British International School of Washington, I had the privilege of teaching students from Year 7 through to Year 13 (ages 11-18 years) and worked with numerous classes sitting their iGCSE and IB examinations, with all achieving excellent results. Before teaching internationally, I taught at a large comprehensive school in Sheffield, England where I was KS3 leader and helped to raise student attainment considerably.

Outside of school life, I enjoy participating in sports, particularly running, cycling and going to the gym. During my time in Washington DC I ran two half marathons and I am working towards running a full marathon in the near future.

My wife (also a teacher at The British School) and I are keen travellers and very excited to explore Warsaw, Poland and the wider region.
