Samantha McKinley

Reception Teacher

My name is Samantha and I am excited to be teaching Reception at Dabrowskiego. I am originally from Chicago, but have taught in the US, Czech Republic and most recently in China.

I have my Primary Education degree from Eastern Illinois University in the USA. My love of both teaching and travel led me to my first international posting in Prague. I have enjoyed teaching EYFS and lower primary in both British and International schools. I am passionate about outdoor learning, enhancing and applying the skills developed in the classroom in the magical setting here on the Early Years Campus.

Outside of the classroom I have experience teaching dance to various age groups and enjoy bringing this into the classroom as well. I look forward to living in Warsaw, exploring this amazing city and countryside. I enjoy travelling around the world and am excited to be back in Europe to visit new places and be closer to family. I am here with my husband who is teaching at the Limanowskiego campus and we are both thrilled to join the TBS family.
