After graduating from Queen’s University in Belfast, I travelled to South Korea where I taught English for almost three years. I travelled extensively throughout the region and around Asia and Australia.
I completed my PGCE in Newcastle and then moved to Manchester, where I taught Year 4 and Year 5. I also took on the role of P.E. Co-ordinator, giving me responsibility for organising our extra-curricular programme.
I relocated to Madrid, which I loved, and then moved home to Northern Ireland to take up a post as a Special Needs Support Teacher, working across all year groups. I have also previously lived in Abu Dhabi teaching Year 3, which I also thoroughly enjoyed.
My love of teaching in an international setting, and the opportunity to experience a new culture and see more of Europe, brought me to Warsaw and I am very pleased to be continuing my adventures in Poland.
I am passionate about what I do and am committed to ensuring that every child achieves their potential. Most important to me, is that children are happy and enjoy their time in school.
