After obtaining my primary PGCE at the University of Leicester, I taught for a year at a small village school in Nuneaton, England. After which, I accepted a job at a Nord Anglia School in Doha, Qatar where I worked for four years teaching Year 1 and Year 4 and was the Global Campus leader. I loved every second of being International and decided to further my international adventure by moving to Warsaw. I am extremely excited to be working at TBS and I am looking forward to discovering the beauty of Warsaw and Poland in the future.
My biggest passion is reading. I am a huge bookworm and love reading at any chance that I get. After all, ‘You can find magic wherever you look, just sit back, relax, and open a book’ – Dr Seuss. I also really enjoy taking part in stand up paddle boarding (SUP) which I hope to take part in whilst I am in Warsaw, when the weather is nice!
Highest quality learning
Highest quality learning for me is developing skills that enable children to become dynamic, confident life long learners. It enables the children to apply their knowledge to problems and situations both individually and by working with their peers. Highest quality learning gives children the skills to strive and adapt in a world that is constantly changing and developing.
