Thomas Holmes

Year 6 Teacher

After gaining my BA and Master’s degrees in Archaeology at the University of Liverpool, I completed the Graduate Teacher Programme (GTP) through the West London Partnership and Roehampton University. After that I taught at Belleville Primary School in South London. For the last four years I have been working at the British International School Hanoi in Vietnam, which is also part of the Nord Anglia group, in both Year 3 and Year 6 and for the last two years as Phase 3 Leader. Living in a unique city like Hanoi was always exciting and taught me the importance of being flexible and adaptable.

In my spare time I am a keen amateur musician and played in a band in Hanoi. I hope to continue playing music in Warsaw and finding like-minded musicians to play with. I also enjoy playing football socially and I am an avid Aston Villa fan which can be testing at times! I am really looking forward to living in Warsaw and getting to know all about my new home.
