I never wanted to be a teacher, my dream was to work in a theatre. Fortunately, fate decided for me. When I started to work at The British School, Warsaw many years ago, I realised that I found my place on Earth. Working with children has become my passion and peculiar journey to excellence. Every day is full of excitement and I strive for continuous improvement and development. For many years I was attending drama lessons. That's why, in my opinion, each lesson should be a performance, where the teacher is the director, students are actors and parents are the audience. Together we create a masterpiece.
My interests include: theatre, travelling and collecting old books.
WHAT THE STUDENTS SAY
"Mrs Milewska is a great teacher and has good teaching techniques. We have fun on the lessons and enjoy her company. She is not only a teacher but also a great friend. She makes Polish so much easier. However, she does give too much homework and walks around classroom without her shoes".
