Head of Year 9, Mathematic Teacher

After three fantastic years teaching in the United States at the British International School of Washington, I desired a new professional challenge closer to the United
Kingdom, with Warsaw being the perfect location.

During my time at the British International School of Washington, I have had the privilege of teaching students from Year 7 through to Year 13 (ages 11-18) and have had numerous classes sitting iGCSE and IB terminal examinations, with all achieving excellent results. Before teaching internationally, I taught at a large comprehensive school in Sheffield, England where I was KS3 leader and helped to raise student attainment considerably.

Outside of school life, I enjoy participating in sports, particularly running, cycling and going to the gym. During my time in Washington DC I have ran 2 half marathons and I am working towards running a marathon in the near future.

My wife (also a teacher at The British School) and I are keen travelers and very excited to explore Warsaw, Poland and the wider region.
