I grew up in Luxembourg and attended a large international school. After completing my EB, I moved to the UK to study Law at Cambridge University. During my time at Cambridge I started to volunteer for a children’s charity and at a local Primary school. Working with children appealed to me so much, that after finishing my degree, I decided to train as a teacher. I completed my PGCE at Nottingham University.
Since qualifying, I have worked in four very different schools in North London, West Sussex, Brighton and Washington DC. As a class teacher, I have been lucky enough to work with many delightful children across the primary age range and as a school leader I have taken responsibility for learning In Literacy, Maths, Science and Assessment.
Arriving at BISW felt like 'coming home' for me and I love being part of such a varied international community in this exciting and educated city. Working here has also given me the opportunity to teach languages, French and German, and to help to build and maintain our wonderful school garden.
