I hold a bachelor degree in Geography in the Campinas State University, São Paulo State, Brasil.
I have been working with education since 2013, when I volunteered at the Emancipa pre-college preparatory course in Campinas, São Paulo State.
In 2017, I decided to deepen my experience in the research field, working at the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, taking part in many different research projects (such as the Brazilian Agricultural Census of 2017, when we updated and mapped the information about the rural activities of the country).
After that, I realised I missed the teaching and learning experience, the sharing of new knowledge about life, and decided it was time to come back - and now I’m here at the BCB.
I am really excited to start this experience at BCB, as I have always been passionate about the international environment: the amazing variety of people, from different places, with different languages and different backgrounds - all of them trying to communicate and share knowledge about the world.
I am really passionate about science and all of the earth-related knowledge, such as landscapes and the people who live there, which means I love getting to know new places and new people, new languages and new foods (all of them!), as well as new types of music and celebrations. Ask me to join you on a new trip to a new place and I will come alongside you!
