At PBIS, your child will do what they love and embrace new experiences. More than 80 extra-curricular clubs – from music and sports to robotics, debating and journalism – mean there really is an activity for everyone.

Creative arts
We encourage our students to express their creative side. Your child can join our outside orchestra or jazz ensemble, choreograph routines at our contemporary dance club, or learn classical ballet. We also run story and sketching, finger knitting, and origami clubs.

Sports
Your child will enjoy an exceptional range of after-school sport activities. From fitness boost, football and forest running to wall-climbing, karate and baseball, our students get active, compete against other schools, and boost their physical health and mental wellbeing.

STEAM
Your child will ‘invent the future’ on our STEAM programme. Inspiring curiosity through problem solving and creative thinking, your child will find the answers to some of the world’s most pressing questions in our dedicated STEAM lab. They’ll also join robotics, video-editing, maths, and science clubs.

Trips and expeditions
Our expeditions and residential trips create lifelong memories. Students take part in large-scale sports, music, and STEAM festivals, as well as Model United Nations events. Local, national, and international trips and camps, including to Tanzania, Switzerland and New York, open our students’ eyes to the wonders and challenges facing our world.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What size are your classes?
    Our early years children (ages 3-5) learn in an average class size of 16. At primary (ages 5-11), our students study in a class of 20. And at secondary level (11-18), the average class size is 20.
  • What nationalities are represented at your school?
    Our vibrant international community is home to children and families from more than 60 countries.
  • Where are your teachers from?
    All our outstanding teachers are from native English-speaking countries. The vast majority are from the UK; however, we also have staff from Canada, USA, Australia, and New Zealand. Our specialist language teachers are also native speakers.
  • Do you provide student accommodation?
    No, we don’t have accommodation or boarding facilities at PBIS.
  • Do you run a bus service?
    Yes, we provide a safe and efficient bus service. Please see our transport page for more information.
