In 1994 I graduated in Biotechnology at the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava. From 1994-1998 I worked as research fellow in laboratories of the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava. From 1998-2006 I accompanied my husband to Germany and the United Kingdom, where I spent my maternity leave with our two sons. Since 2007 I have been working as a teaching assistant and laboratory technician for the Science Department at the British International School in Bratislava.
In my free time I enjoy travelling, reading and cooking. At BISB I am popular among pupils because they immediately associate my appearance in their classroom with some oncoming exciting laboratory experiment during science classes.
