I worked as a qualified Civil and Structural engineer for over 10 years on railway infrastructure and multi-million pound commercial and residential projects all over the UK.
I gained my PGCE with Birmingham City University and started my career as a Mathematics teacher in the UK teaching in a state school and later at a private boys’ school.
I began my international career in Egypt 2014, in an International School in Cairo. I spent two further years teaching Maths and Physics at the International British School of Alexandria.
I decided to apply to BISB in 2017 because a colleague, and former employee of BISB, gave a stunning endorsement of the school, its staff and especially its students.
My interests are playing the guitar badly, reading novels, watching foreign movies (I love anything with subtitles!) and listening to world music.
I look forward to working for Nord Anglia Education and exploring Bratislava.
