MRISA sports exchanges include football (soccer), volleyball and basketball. Each sport is split into two divisions: Junior for grade 6-8 and Seniors grade 9-12.

The students signing up for the exchange are expected to participate in all practices leading up to the event. In addition to the trainings, students will also be able to compete in other local tournaments and games to prepare the final exchange. A schedule of the games is published at the beginning of each sports season.
