Her philosophy of the education has three parts---the philosophy of students, of teachers and of learning. She believes teachers should establish a positive and productive environment for students to learn.Teachers should engage with students personally as well as academically to help their relationships.Every student is an individual and learns in a different way. And it is teachers’ job to meet their needs and make sure students have tools to be successful. Finally, she believes learning is a lifelong process. She wants students to be as passionate about learning as she is.
