Debentures

INDIVIDUAL DEBENTURE

All debentures are optional. However, the primary benefit conferred by a debenture is that it gives the holder priority in the allocation of school places (subject to our student eligibility and assessment criteria). Another key benefit is that the debenture holder will be exempt from the Capital Enrolment Fee.

Any outstanding tuition or other fees, and an administration fee (currently HK$1,500) will also be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The key features of the individual debenture are:

Available to non-corporate applicants for use for a single child (siblings will be eligible for sibling priority once the first child is accepted to the School).
Limited availability for all year groups at the discretion of the Principal.
Offers a guaranteed assessment. If your child does not meet our assessment criteria and, as a result, we are unable to offer a place, we have the discretion to refund your debenture.
refundable if you decide not to send the nominated child to NAIS or you withdraw your school application before your child starts school.
Children to whom the debenture is applied do not need to pay the Capital Enrolment Fee (currently HK$100,000).

CORPORATE DEBENTURE

Applications from Hong Kong investment companies will be considered on a discretionary basis subject to additional conditions in relation to change of control events.

The key features of this debenture are:

Available to corporate employers, for use for one child.
Valid until 30 June 2029.
Non-refundable.
Transferable to another corporate (under administration of the School and subject to payment of a fee and other terms and conditions).
Children to whom the debenture is applied do not need to pay the Capital Enrolment Fee (currently HK$100,000) or any capital levy.
Very limited number available.
Cost: HK$ 2 million
Corporate eligibility requirements apply.

PLATINUM CORPORTATE DEBENTURE PACKAGE

The key features of this debenture package are:

Available to corporate employers, for use for up to 3 children.
Children do not need to be siblings.
Valid until 30 June 2029.
Non-refundable.
Transferable to another corporate (under administration of the School and subject to payment of a fee and other terms and conditions).
Children to whom a debenture is applied do not need to pay the Capital Enrolment Fee (currently HK$100,000) or any capital levy.
Very limited number available.
Cost: HK$ 5 million
Corporate eligibility requirements apply.
