Staff Profile: Sarah Osborne-James

Sarah Osborne-James

Principal, Regents International School Pattaya

Sarah joined Regents International School Pattaya in August 2017 after two successful years as head of Northbridge International School Cambodia. She has over eighteen years of teaching and leadership experience in international education.

Over the last fifteen years, Sarah has worked in two different International Baccalaureate (IB) schools in Bogota, Colombia and has held various leadership roles across the three IB Programmes (PYP, MYP & DP). Sarah currently serves on the IB Heads Council, an advisory group that serves the Director General in strategic issues affecting IB World Schools.

Whilst in Colombia, Sarah was an Executive Board member of the Latin American Heads Association (LAHC) and the Union for International Schools in Colombia (UNCOLI). Sarah has also collaborated with the Council of International Schools, chairing accreditation team visits around the world.

Sarah graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor of Arts in Education.  She has a Certificate of International School Leadership with the Principals Training Center and has a Masters of Education in International Education Administration from Endicott College, Beverly Massachusetts.
