BIS HCMC will meet with the most outstanding minds in education, at a global Nord Anglia Education conference in Vietnam.
On 2nd March, many of our academic Senior Leadership Team from across our 3 campuses, as well as additional educational needs specialists, will join over 200 international educators from 15 counties in Hanoi for the Nord Anglia Education (NAE) Conference.

The conference hosted by NAE, the British International School Hanoi and the British Vietnamese International School Hanoi is one of the world’s largest academic conferences, providing educators across the globe opportunities to innovate, problem solve and brainstorm new ideas. World-leading education experts will discuss the exciting future of education, including how to enhance the educational journey for children using AI in education.

Our Principal, Mr Anthony Rowlands emphasised the importance of continued professional learning and teaching collaborations, to ensure our students experience an outstanding education that prepares them to thrive in life.

Special guest, Nord Anglia Education Chief Education Officer Dr Elise Ecoff will also join from the United Kingdom, to share pioneering developments in Nord Anglia-led digital research and advancements, and AI in education – how they’ll all work together to create an enriching foundation for children in Vietnam.

Other guest education innovators will meet with parents, students and the wider Hanoi community to share best practice, exciting new research and innovation in education. We are pleased to announce that a number of our own leadership will be presenting at the conference. Our Head of Early Years and Infant Campus, Ms Dee Grimshaw will share her thoughts on how to create a positive behaviour culture in primary schools.

Ms Dee commented "The Nord Anglia Regional Conference provides a wonderful platform for colleagues from different schools to share good practice and ideas that ultimately benefits our whole school community, teaching staff, students and parents. There is much to be celebrated across all our schools and being part of Nord Anglia Education allows us to collaborate, benefit from the action research and ideas of others and share our great practice too. "
